At Cal Monda guests can live an unforgettable experience, tasting our Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and visiting our "Oasis of Biodiversity".
An environment in which vines, wild herbs, fruit trees, bees and insects coexist in harmony and cooperation.
EXPERIENCE 2 - WINE TASTING AND SAVORY SNACK
60 minutes - a minimum of 2 people is required
The experience consists of:
- A brief presentation of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area
- Guided tour of the vineyards through the path of Biodiversity with notions on the care of the vineyard and cultivation methods
- Brief description of the wines and the wine making process
- Tasting in our tasting room: 4 Prosecco SUperiore DOCG
1 glass Brut Nature Sui Lieviti
1 glass Extra Brut “Vètor”
1 glass di Brut “Sandàn”
1 glass di Extra Dry “Nàni”
The tasting is accompanied by a small plate of aged and fresh cheese, “coppa” ham, bacon and sopressa, pickles and sweet and sour radicchio from Treviso with our Prosecco breadsticks

45 minutes - a minimum of 2 people is required
The experience consists of:

- Guided tour of the vineyards through the path of Biodiversity with notions on the care of the vineyard and cultivation methods
- Brief description of the wines and the wine making process
- Tasting in our tasting room: 4 Prosecco SUperiore DOCG

EXPERIENCE 4 - WINE TASTIING + FISH CRUDITES FROM OUR LAGOON
90 minutes - a minimum of 2 people is required
The experience consists of:
- A brief presentation of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area
- Guided tour of the vineyards through the path of Biodiversity with notions on the care of the vineyard and cultivation methods
- Brief description of the wines and the wine making process
- Tasting in our tasting room: 4 Prosecco Superiore DOCG

- a fish and seafood tray, depending on availability

In case of different needs we accept tastings outside the standard tasting hours above, by agreement and with possible price variations.
There is the possibility of tasting in the vineyard with the participation of a minimum of 15 people and a supplement of € 10.00 per person.
NOTES
- Children are allowed in the tasting room accompanied by their parents.
- Children under 14 pay 50%
- Pets are NOT allowed in the tasting room. We have large outdoor areas where they can walk on a leash.
