EXPERIENCE 1 - BASIC TASTING

90 minutes experience
Minimum 2 people

- Welcome greeting and brief introducction to the territory of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

- Guided tour of the vineyards along the Biodiversity Path, with insights into vineyard care and cultivation methods.

- Tasting session in the tasting room, of 4 white wines:
1 glass of Glera Brut Nature Sui Lieviti (0 g/L)
1 glass of Extra Brut DOCG (0 g/L)
1 glass of Brut DOCG (8 g/L)
1 glass of Extra Dry DOCG (16 g/L)

The tasting is accompanied by our Prosecco salted breadsticks, crostini with Prosecco Hills olive oil, and Prosecco biscuits.

EXPERIENCE 2 – BASIC TASTING WITH SAVORY SNACK

90 minutes experience

Minimum 2 people

GROUP EXPERIENCE

- Guided tour of the vineyards along the Biodiversity Path, with insights into vineyard care and cultivation methods.

- Presentation of the wines with a brief introduction to the winemaking method.

- Tasting session in the tasting room, of 4 white wines:

The tastings will take place informally on the veranda facing the vineyards, and in case of bad weather, inside the tasting room.

The food service will be self-service, while the beverage pouring will be managed by our staff.

GUIDED HILL HIKE AND WINE TASTING

Duration: Approximately 120 to 180 minutes, depending on interests and locations visited.

Starting and ending point: Azienda Agricola Cal Monda

Enjoy a walk through the rolling hills of Collalto, discovering hidden gems nestled among forests and vineyards: the fascinating Crode del Pedrè, the Lierza stream, the lush undergrowth flora, vineyard-covered slopes, and traces of history scattered throughout the landscape.

The excursion is taken at a slow, relaxing pace, guided by an environmental hiking expert who will unveil the unique features of this beautiful territory.

The experience concludes with a wine tasting of your choice from our selection.



COOKING CLASS EXPERIENCE + LUNCH

240 minutes experience

Minimum 4 people - maximum 12 people

- Welcome greeting and a brief introduction to the Azienda Agricola, followed by a short tour of the vineyards along the Biodiversity Path

- Collecting eggs from the chicken coop and vegetables from our synergistic garden (only in season)

- Meeting with the chef and a brief introduction

- Preparing pasta together using a rolling pin and pasta machine, in two versions

- Preparing and cooking two types of sauces, chosen by the chef

- Tasting of a savory snack with local cheese and cold cuts

- Tasting of two pasta dishes with two different sauces

- 1 bottle of Prosecco DOCG for every 2 people

- Homemade bread and Prosecco breadsticks

- Prosecco biscuits

- Sparkling and still water

- Coffee made with a moka pot

- Grappa

EXPERIENCE CLASSIC "TIRAMISÙ DI TREVISO"

180 minutes experience

Minimum 6 people - maximum 12 people

- Welcome greeting and a brief introduction to the Azienda Agricola, followed by a short tour of the vineyards along the Biodiversity Path

- Meeting with the chef and a brief introduction

- A bit of history: the origins of Tiramisù, where it was created, the original recipe, and who invented it

- Explanation of the ingredients used and authorized for preparing the Traditional Treviso Tiramisù

- Tiramisù making-experience

- Tasting of a savory snack with aged and fresh cheese, accompanied by coppa, soppressa veneta, and pancetta

- 1 bottle of Prosecco DOCG for every 2 people

- Homemade bread and Prosecco breadsticks

- Tasting of the Tiramisù made by the guests

- Water

- Coffee made with a moka pot

- Grappa

SERVICES UPON REQUEST

- It is possible to arrange a tasting session in the vineyard upon request, with an additional fee calculated based on the number of guests.

- Guests can book lunch or dinner at one of the local partner restaurants affiliated with Cal Monda. The tasting menu features traditional dishes from the region. Reservation required.

Cost: €35 per person, wines excluded.

NOTES

- Children under 14 years old pay 50%.

- Pets are NOT allowed in the tasting room. However, we have large outdoor spaces where they can walk on a leash.

Afternoon 4:30 PM (January to May and October to December)

6:30 PM (June to September)

Tastings are available every day (including Saturdays and Sundays) by reservation.

For special requests, tastings outside the scheduled hours can be arranged by agreement and

may incur additional charges.
